    • Designed,  modeled, and documented fixtures using SolidWorks for engineering production and testing

    • Designed and conducted experiments to analyze different company parts using in-house machinery such as the Instron,  flow pressure tester, torque tester and micro-leak tester

    • Reviewed company drawings and specification sheets for tolerance analysis and dimensioning

    • Collaborated in weekly meetings with other members of a mechanical engineering team to discuss the weekly objectives and problems that need to be taken care of

    Canary: Mechanical Engineer Co-op

    ​2017 July - December

    • Tested relevant products to assess product failure modes using fixtures designed with in-house materials

    • Analyzed damaged devices to determine root cause of failure resulting in a significant decrease in RMA’s

    • Collaborated with fellow engineers to cost down an existing product

    • Participated in daily meetings with other members of the company to discuss the status of devices and problems that need to be taken care of

    • Communicated with manufacturers to review and fix manufacturing problems

    • Transformed an existing product into a portable device used to help train computer vision
